SAAB JAS39 Gripen Colours & Markings + decals

The JAS 39 Gripen, a 4th generation Fighter, Attack and Reconnaissance 'swing-role' supersonic aircraft, was designed in the early 1980s to meet the Swedish requirements for a lightweight air superiority combat jet, using advanced technology, modern materials and digital systems. A total of 204 Gripens, including 28 two-seaters, were ordered for the Swedish Air Force, while later production was increased as the type entered service with other countries around the world - South Africa, the Czech Republic, Hungary and Thailand.

Three variants of this title are available, one including 1/48th scale decal sheet (MKD48012; 1x 200x200 mm sheets), one 1/72nd scale decals (MKD72012; 1x 200x110 mm sheet) and another with 1/144th transfers (MKD144012; 1x 100x100 mm sheet).
Following aircraft are depicted on each decal sheet: Swedish Air Force (5x), Czech Air Force (3x), Hungarian Air Force (2x), South African Air Force (1x) and Royal Thai Air Force (1x).
The decals in these books are designed for the kits produced by Italeri and MPM (in 1/48), Italeri and Bilek (in 1/72), and Revell and for the forthcoming kit by Academy (in 1/144).
